The Desert Rose Apartments are located in the Blythe area of the city of Ripley, California. There are 77 units at the Desert Rose Apartments, which is owned by the Riverside County Housing and Workforce Solutions Department, and Project-Based Section 8 vouchers are available through the Riverside County Housing Authority.
The apartments are restricted to rent at rates affordable to very low-, low-, and moderate-income tenants. Originally built as farmworker housing, there is still preference given to agricultural households, but all income-qualified tenants are invited to join the waitlist.
