There are 77 units at the Desert Rose Apartments, which is owned by the Riverside County Housing and Workforce Solutions Department, and Project-Based Section 8 vouchers are available through the Riverside County Housing Authority.
The apartments are restricted to rent at rates affordable to very low-, low-, and moderate-income tenants. Originally built as farmworker housing, there is still preference given to agricultural households, but all income-qualified tenants are invited to join the waitlist.
