RHDC is not currently administering housing rehabilitation programs. When available, these programs are typically restricted to low- and moderate-income homeowners within city limits.
These housing rehabilitation programs enable qualified homeowners to make improvements to their home, using grants and/or loans. Our offices can help you decide what improvements can be made to your home, and we will help you coordinate the work with a contractor.
There are specific restrictions on these housing rehabilitation programs, but for qualified home-owners, these programs can potentially fix code violations, provide disability access, and safely update the property.
